Instructions for SABOR Application

1. Complete all blank spaces on the application.

2. Mail or bring the application along with a $100.00 application fee and a copy of your pocket card to the Board office. NOTE: this is an application fee and has nothing to do with the Board dues. Dues will be billed to the broker when the application has been processed.

3. You MUST provide an e-mail address and application fee for the application to be processed. All of our communication is handled through e-mail.

4. If you are already a member of another Board and want to transfer your membership to SABOR or want to be secondary with SABOR, you will need to provide a ‘Letter of Good Standing’ from your current Board. Most membership directors know what this means, you only need to ask. Please also ask them to include whether your dues have been paid for the current year.


Instructions for MLS APPLICATIONS:

Complete application and submit initiation fee of $5,000. Application will not be processed without this fee. Include a copy of your firm license and your brokers license as well as a copy of each agent's license affiliated with your company that will need access to the MLS.
