The Savannah Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) is the trade association for real estate licensees in Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties, representing approximately 1,800 members.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Savannah Board of REALTORS® is the Voice for Real Estate in the Coastal Empire. Our Mission is to educate, to promote the highest professional and ethical standards, and to address the changing needs of members while protecting private property rights.

VISION STATEMENT
The Savannah Board of REALTORS® is the authority for Real Estate in the Coastal Empire. We offer our members:
• A value-based framework for information, communication, benefits, services and professional development;
• An organization perceived by the public as professional and valued as central to the transaction;
• A proactive definition of real estate issues that affect members and the public through the financial commitment and grassroots mobilization of members;
• A commitment to being an active, engaged entity that interfaces with community initiatives.


The objectives of SABOR are to unite all REALTOR® and Affiliate members for the purpose of providing a combined influence upon matters affecting real estate, private property rights, and home ownership, as well as to elevate the standards of the real estate profession and the professional conduct of persons engaged therein throughout the board’s jurisdiction.

SABOR has entered into a three-way agreement with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, collectively representing America’s largest trade association of approximately 1,000,000 members, involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate industries.

SABOR owns the Savannah Multi-List Corporation which provides it’s members with the most state-of-the-art tools to service buyers and sellers of real property.
